聚对二氧环己酮-乙交酯缝合线体外降解研究

摘    要:用DSC和X ray衍射法对聚对二氧环己酮 乙交酯 (PDG)缝合线的初期体外降解过程进行了研究 ,并使用纤维摄影仪对纤维在降解过程中的表面形态变化进行了观察 .研究结果表明 ,在本工艺条件下得到的PDG缝合线在体外降解过程中分为三个阶段降解 ,即无定形区降解、原纤间非晶区降解和晶区水解 .在体外降解过程中 ,PDS缝合线以横向断裂为主 ,而PDG则通过表面积的大块脱落来完成降解过程

Abstract:Mechanism of poly(dioxanone\| co \|glycolide) (PDG) sutures in vitro degradation was studied by DSC and X\|ray diffraction and the surface morphology was studied with photography for the purpose of improving properties of absorbable sutures.The model of fiber structure,Swiss\|Cheese model,provides the basis for the proposed degradation mechanism of PDG in vitro hydrolysis process.It is believed that the degradation of PDG proceeds through three main stages:the first stage occurs in the amorphous region,the second in the inter\|microfibrillar non\|crystalline region,the third in the crystalline part.The concepts of the three stages accord with the changes of PDG sutures during hydrolysis degradation.The properties of sutures decreased greatly from three to four weeks with respect to intrinsic viscosity,knot tensile strength and weight degradation, etc. The photography results show that the breaking modes are different for polydioxanone sutures (PDG) and PDG suture.PDS was broken by cross\|section cracks and PDG was degraded via falling\|off of large surface layers.
