摘    要:以苯甲醇、3-氯-1,2-丙二醇和固体光气等为原料,制备了一种五元环状碳酸酯4-苄氧甲基-1,3-二氧戊环2酮(BPC),并用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、MS、元素分析对其进行了表征.在辛酸亚锡作用下制备了BPC均聚物及其与DL丙交酯(DL- LA)的共聚物,并进行了表征.结果表明,BPC可均聚也可与DL- LA共聚,为改善传统的生物降解型脂肪族聚酯的亲水性及在可降解聚合物中引入反应性基团提供了新的途径.

Abstract:The introduction of functional pendant groups to biodegradable polyesters would be a highly efficient way of improving the properties of polyesters such as hydrophilicity,biodegradation rates,bioadhesion,drug loading,etc.A functional monomer with protected hydroxy group 4-benzyloxymethyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-one,which can also be named 3-benzyloxy-1,2-propanediolcyclic carbonate (BPC),was synthesized by reaction of bis(trichdomethyl)carbonate (BTC) with 3-phenylmethoxymethly-1,2-propanediol,which was easily obtained from the reaction of 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol and sodium phenylmethanolate.Homo- and copolymerization of BPC was carried out in bulk using stannous octanoate as a catalyst under different conditions.The properties of the BPC homopolymers and copolymers with lactide were studied.The copolymerization of BPC and DL-lactide was successfully carried out.The resulting polymer was deprotected by Pd/C catalytic hydrogenation.The hydrophilicity of the deprotected copolymers demonstrated by water contact angle measurements was greatly improved.
