N-丙烯酰基-N'-苯基脲及其衍生物的合成与聚合反应

摘    要:以三种合成路线分别合成了含有脲键的一类单体,N-丙烯酰基-N’-苯基脲(APU)、N-甲基丙烯酰基-N’-苯基脲(MPU)、N-甲基丙.烯酰基-N’-对甲苯基脲(MTU),通过单体的自由基聚合与共聚合,制备了均聚物和共聚物,经IR、1H—NMR表征和TGA、DSC测定.

Abstract:Three methods for synthesis of N- aCryloyl-N'-phenylurea (APU),N- methacryloyl - N'- phenyl (or p- tolyl)urea (MPU or MTU) monomershave been inveshgated.(i) MPU and MTU were synthesized by the reaction ofmethacryloyl isocyanate with aniline and p- toluldine resghvely;(ii) MPU wassynthesized from the reaetion of methacryloyl chloride and phenylurea;(iii) APUand MPU were syntheSis via the reaction of apltalde and methacrylalinde withphenylisocyanate reSwtvely. These monomers were charactized by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR and FT-IR spectra In the presence of AIBN or BPO, APU,MPU, MTU will polylnerize and coPOlylnerize with MMA and MA as well.Thethermo behavior of polymers and copolymers was measured by TGA and DSCrespectively.
