AM/(2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)三甲基氯化铵/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙基磺酸钠的反相微乳液共聚合动力学研究

摘    要:通过实验绘制了失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯(Span20)-聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单脂酸酯(Tween80)复配乳化剂、丙烯酰胺、(2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)三甲基氯化铵、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙基磺酸钠和环己烷的拟三元相图.采用过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发剂,通过动力学研究,得到了聚合反应的表观活化能为68.10 kJ/mol,并分别得到了聚合速率与产物特性粘数的动力学关系式Rp∝M]1.74APS]0.60E]-1.28,η]∝M]0.78APS]-0.23E]-0.71,分析了单体浓度、引发剂浓度、乳化剂浓度对共聚合反应速率Rp和共聚物特性粘数η]作用及影响的原因,在动力学研究的基础上初步探讨了聚合机理.

Abstract:The pseudo-ternary phase diagram of the emulsifier mixture of Span20 and Tween80,acrylamide(AM),2-(methacryloyloxy)-ethyltrimethyl-ammoniumchloride(MADQUAT),sodium-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propane_sulf-onate(NaAMPS)and cyclohexane was drew by a lot of experiments.The kinetics for the inverse microemulsion polymerization of acrylamide,cationic monomer and anionic monomer were carried out by using(NH_4)_2S_2O_8_NaHSO_3 as redox initiator.The apparent activation energy of the polymerization was calculated by Arrhenius equation to be 68.10 kJ/mol,and the effects of monomer concentration,initiator concentration and emulsifier concentration on polymerization rate and intrinsic viscosity of polymer were determined.The kinetics equations of R_p and η] could be expressed as R_p∝M]~(1.74)~(0.60)E]~(-1.28),and ∝M]~(0.78)~(-0.23)E]~(-0.71) respectively.The mechanism of the inverse microemulsion polymerization was also discussed.
