甲基丙烯酸镉的共聚合及其光学性能研究

摘    要:合成了一种单体甲基丙烯酸镉(Cd(MA)2),并将Cd(MA)2/苯乙烯(St)/甲基丙烯酸(MA)进行三元共聚,制备得到含Cd2+的透明光学树脂,绘制了共聚体系的单体溶解性相图和聚合物透明相图.对聚合物的光学性能研究表明,固定MA的含量,随着单体中Cd(MA)2比例的增加,聚合物树脂的nD值线性降低而vD值线性增加.根据测定的聚合物nD值可以计算出组份的折光指数nD(PCd(MA)2)=15788、nD(PMA)=14992.

Abstract:Cd(MA) 2 was synthesized. Through the copolymerization of Cd(MA) 2/Styrene/Methylacrylic acid, transparent optical resins containing Cd 2+ were obtained. The monomer solubility and polymer transparency phase diagram of this kind of copolymer were determined and discussed. The study of optical properties indicated that fix the content of MA, with the ratio of Cd(MA) 2 increasing, the refractive index ( n D) of the resin decreased but Abbe number ( v D) increased linearly. In the transparent region, the n D and v D of the copolymer were determined, and the refractive index of polymer component n D(P Cd(MA) 2)=1 5788、 n D(PMA)=1 4992 were obtained indirectly.
