| Abstract: | The multiple addition reactions of fullerenes, represented by hexakis addition reactions of C 60 , are now an important part of fullerene chemistry. In this review, the synthesis and characterization of C 60 hexakis addition compounds with different symmetries were summarized. The properties and applications of certain derivatives were also included. |
