新型多重氮杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成

摘    要:对叔丁基杯4]芳烃-1,3-二醛基衍生物1与水杨酰肼、烟酰肼、异烟酰肼反应, 合成了具有开链结构新型杯4]多重氮杂衍生物2a2c, 产率分别为88%, 85%和90%. 化合物1与乙二酰肼、丙二酰肼、己二酰肼反应, 得到具有桥联结构的新型杯4]多重氮杂衍生物3a3c, 产率分别为86%, 89%和90%. 新化合物的结构经元素分析、质谱、核磁共振谱等表征证实, 杯4]芳烃单元均为1,3-取代且采取锥式构象.

Abstract:The reaction of p-tert-butylcalix4]-1,3-substituted benzaldehyde derivative 1 with salicylic hydrazide, nicotinic hydrazide or isonicotinic hydrazide gave a series of novel ring opening calix4]arene derivatives 2a~2c containing polyaza groups in the yields of 88%, 85% and 90%, respectively. Treatment of compound 1 with oxalyl dihydrazide, malonic dihydrazide and adipic dihydrazide, afforded novel bridged calix4]arene derivatives 3a~3c substituted with polyaza groups in the yields of 86%, 89% and 90%, respectively. All new compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, ESI-MS, 1H NMR spectra, which indicated that calix4]arene units were 1,3-substituted pattern with cone conformation.
