Enzymatic Synthesis and Applications of Nucleoside Carboxylates

Nucleoside carboxylates are a group of compounds which have been found important applica- tions in nucleoside chemistry, organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry. Recently, their enzymatic synthe- sis has attracted much attention due to the high efficiency, high regioselectivity and environmental friendli- ness of enzymatic processes. The advances achieved in this area in recent years are reviewed in this paper.
