| 摘 要： | 报道了在AgBF4促进下苯并螺环β-溴代酮的Wagner-Meerwein重排反应, 从而发展了一条简捷新颖的构筑天然产物中广泛存在的n,7,6-三环骨架的方法. 作为该反应的应用, 合成了(±)-colchicine的7,7,6-三环母核, 完成了(±)-colchicine的形式合成.

| Abstract: | Studies on the Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement of benzospirocyclic β-bromo ketones to n,7,6- tricyclic systems under the promotion of AgBF4 are reported in this paper. Application of this method led to a new approach to 7,7,6-membered core, and thus constituents a formal synthesis of (±)-colchicine. |
