摘    要:以苯甲酰氯、硫氰酸钾和芳胺为起始原料, 合成了1-苯甲酰基-3-芳基硫脲1a1g, 再与水合肼反应合成了2,5-二取代-1,3,4-三唑2a2g. 化合物2的结构经IR, 1H NMR和HRMS确证.

Abstract:2,5-Disubstituted-1,3,4-triazole derivatives were prepared by the reaction of hydrazine hydrate with 1-benzoyl-3-arylthioureas obtained from the reaction of benzoyl chloride, potassium thiocyanate and aniline, and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and HRMS spectra.
