摘    要:通过2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与取代苯甲酰基异氰酸酯及取代苯氧乙酰基异氰酸酯反应, 合成了21种新的取代苯甲酰基脲与取代苯氧乙酰基脲, 其结构用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析进行了确证, 初步的生物活性测定试验表明, 部分目标化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性.

Abstract:Twenty-one new (un)substituted benzoylureas and (un)substituted phenoxyacetylureas have been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with (un)substituted benzoyl isocy-anates and (un)substituted phenoxyacetyl isocyanates, respectively, and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological activity tests showed that some of the title compounds had good activity as plant growth regulators.
