摘    要:用差示扫描量热分析研究了间规聚苯乙烯(sPS)的非等温结晶及其动力学,并分别用Ozawa和Jeziorny两种方法来处理sPS的非等温结晶数据.结果表明,在25~40℃/min的冷却速率范围内,sPS的半结晶时间随冷却速率增大而呈指数式下降,sPS非等温结晶过程遵循Ozawa动力学方程,但不符合Jeziorny方法中的Avrami动力学方程.所得到的sPS非等温结晶Avrami指数n在36~41之间,高于等温结晶时的n值

Abstract:The nonisothermal crystallization and its kinetics of syndiotactic polystyrene(sPS) have been studied by DSC technique. The methods of Ozawa and Jeziorny for nonisothermal crystallization are applied to analyse the DSC data. It is found that the halftime of sPS crystallization decreases as an exponential function of the cooling rate ranged from 2.5 to 40 /min. The nonisothermal crystallization of sPS follows the Ozawa equation, but fails to agree with the Avrami equation in the Jeziorny method. The values of the Avrami exponent determined by the Ozawa equation are between 3641, higher than those reported values obtained by means of isothermal methods.
