气敏材料Cd2V2O7的制备和性能

摘    要:采用固相反应法制备了Cd2V2O7半导体气敏材料.研究了制备条件对产物物相的影响及高温固相反应机理.电导测量表明:材料具有典型的表面电阻控制型电导行为.探讨了制备条件对气敏性能的影响.气敏测试表明,Cd2V2O7对乙醇有较好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性以及较快的响应———恢复速度.

Abstract:The gassensing semiconductor Cd2V2O7 was prepared by a solid state reaction. The effects of the preparation conditions on the phases of the products have been investigated and discussed in relation to the reaction mechanism. The conductance measurement manifests that the material exhibits a typical surface resistance controlling behavior. The dependence of the gas sensing property on the preparation conditions also have been studied. Results indicated pretty good sensitivity, selectivity, stability and quick responserecovery of the compound to ethanol gas.
