Abstract:The electrochemical method is used to study the interactions between neutral Red and CT-DNA. It was found that it is intercalation binding between neutral red and CT-DNA, when the pH of the solution is 7 0; and it is electrostatic binding between neutral red and CT-DNA, when the pH of the solution is 6 0. The UV-visible spectroscopic study further demonstrate the above results.
