| 摘 要： | 采用１９９５年版中国药典紫外法及２３版美国药典ＨＰＬＣ法测定不同厂家的亚叶酸钙针剂中亚叶酸钙含量。结果表明，紫外法因样品中的杂质有紫外吸收使测定结果偏高，使用ＨＰＬＣ法测定其含量较合理。

| Abstract: | Ultraviolet spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography were adopted to determine the content of calcium folinate.The results show that the high performance liquid chromatography was more suitable for determination of this medicine than ultravolet spectometry. |
