摘    要:采用硝酸和高氯酸消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了五种参中微量元素Mn含量。结果表明,五种参中都含有较为丰富的Mn,不同参中Mn含量有一定的差异;方法加标回收率在94.83%~101.93%之间,RSD〈2.50%。该法测定速度快,操作简单,且具有较好的精密度和准确度,可为研究这五种参提供参考数据。

Abstract:Using V( nitric acid) + V( high chlorine acid) = (4 + 1 ) digesting sample, the Mn content in five kinds of Ginseng was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that five Ginseng contain more rich Mn, and in quantity Mn there is a certain difference. The recovery rate of standard addition is between 94. 83% - 101.93%, RSD 〈 2. 500%. It concludes this method for determining speed, simple operation, and has better precision and accuracy, and for study of the five Ginseng provides reference data.
