The purpose of this research is how to know quantity of important and essential chemical element,such as Zn,Fe,Ca which are in bolld,milk of mother during breast-fed period.The big physical volume,strong acid was adopted to resolve the sample for increasing the digesting degree of the gain sample.But the strength of work is big,the interference is large.The pollutionis easy, the blank of worth is high,the depletion that has great capacities,the effect factor is complicacy and the result is unsteady.The fixed amount of release was used in a little amount of blood,milk through the big multiple dilutions,then determined by atomic absonbtion spectrometer.This method in rapid,accurate,and practical.
