新生儿尿钙测定及临床意义(附38例测定分析)

通过测定新生儿随意尿的钙来替代血钙的测定，并探讨其临床意义，用尿钙检测试剂盒对３８例新生儿婴儿的尿钙进行了检测，结果表明，随意尿钙值可以反映血钙的水平，检测尿钙对诊断新生儿低钙血症有一定意义；对新生儿惊厥的鉴别诊断有一定的意义。

Clinical Significance of Urinary Calcium Assay in Neonate

To study the clinical significance of random urinary calcium instead of blood calcium assay in newborn,the random urinary calcium of 38 newborn were measured with the urinary calcium assay kit. The results show that the value of random urinary calcium can reflect the level of blood calcium.There is a special significance to diagnose hypocalcemia of newborn and identify the neonatal convulsions with urianary calcium assay. The assay of urinary calcium can basically represent the excretion of calcium from urine in newborn. In order to judge the hypoclaemia exactly,it will be essential to recheck timely if the value of urinary calcium is lower than 2 mg/dL.
