缺锌大鼠模型的试制

摘    要:为制造缺锌动物模型。使用含锌量极低的蛋清粉、葡萄糖和玉米油为饲料,添加除锌外的多种矿物盐及维生素,用这种饲料喂养12天后.实验组动物体毛明显稀少、粗糙、失去光泽,食量锐减.实验组血清锌含量低于对照组但无明显差异。自第18天起,改用第二饲料配方(含锌量高于第一配方),至第48天,实验组血清锌含量为0.9μg/mL,对照组为1.57μg/mL,差别明显。

Abstract:To produce the zinc-deficiency rat model. the rats were fed with the feed with very low zinc content mixed with egg white powder. glucose and corn oil, and various of mineral premix and vitamin except zinc were added in. 12 days after fed with such feed. the rats in the experiment group decreased the appetite apparently, and their hair became sparse, rough and sheenless. The serum zinc content in experiment group was lower than that in the control without significant difference. From the 18 day. we began to use the second feed fomula (the content of zinc was higher than that of the first fomula). To the 48 day, the serum zinc content of experiment group was 0. 9 mg/L, while that of the control was 1. 57 mg/L, and there was a remarkable difference.
