脑卒中患者血清中8种必需微量元素水平的研究

１１０例脑卒中患者血清中铁，锌，铜，锰，硒，铬，钴，镍的含量水平与对照组比较，结果显示：１．血清的，铜和铬的含量升高，锌，钴和镍的含量降低，两者之间的差异均有高度显著性，Ｐ〈０．０１；２．血清锰和硒的含量与对照组差异无显著性，Ｐ〉０．０５；３．在临床上述元素含量变化可用于脑座中的辅助诊断和治疗。

Study on Eight Kinds of Necessary Trace Elements in Serum of Patients with Apoplexy

The content of Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Se, Cr, Co and Ni of 110 patients with apoplexy was compared with that of conant group. The results were obtained that Fe, Cu and Cr content in serum of the patients increases while Zn, Co and Ni content decreases, which shows significant difference between teSt group and contrast group (P < 0.01 ). There is no sighficant florence between test group and contrast group about Mn and Se content (P > 0.05 ). It indicated that those characteristics might be applied to auxiliary diagnosis of apoplexy and done to keep those elements at a proper level according to coordina tion action and antagonism between the elements in culer to eliminate disease and improve condition of health.
