电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定酱油中铅和总砷含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:根据实验过程的数学模型,分析了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定酱油中铅和总砷含量的不确定度来源,对不确定度分量进行计算,并计算出合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。

Abstract:The uncertainty during process of lead and total arsenic determination in soy sauce by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were estimated based on the mathematical model.The uncertainty sources were identified as four parts,standard solution preparation,sample preparation,sample determination using calibration curve and reagent blank.Each source was quantified in detail.Finally,combined standard uncertainty as well as expanded uncertainty was calculated.
