头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿的临床效果

目的探讨头孢呋辛钠治疗老年肺气肿的临床治疗效果。方法从2014年3月到2015年8月广东省潮州市第三人民医院呼吸内科收治的108例老年肺气肿患者作为研究对象,将2015年以前收治的54例患者设为对照组,进行常规抗感染治疗,将2015年后收治的54例患者设为观察组,采用头孢呋辛钠治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后生命体征恢复时间、临床症状消失时间、X线胸片恢复时间明显减少,治疗总有效率明显较高,不良反应发生率明显较低,P0.05。结论头孢呋辛钠能有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广运用。
