| 摘 要： | 目的家庭护理对减少学龄前儿童哮喘再入院发生率的影响进行分析。方法选取南昌市第三医院哮喘患儿52例为此次研究对象,均分成观察组以及对照组,对照组患儿采用传统护理;观察组患儿给予家庭护理,对两组患儿的哮喘发作情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患儿的哮喘发作情况明显少于对照组(P0.05),组间比较差异具有统计学意义。结论给予家庭护理能够有效改善哮喘患儿的病情,缩短住院天数,临床中可推广使用。

Home Care to Reduce the Influence of Preschool Children Asthma Incidence of Readmission |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of family nursing on the incidence of childhood asthma in preschool children.Methods Third children with asthma in Nanchang city hospital 52 cases as the research object , were divided into observation group and control group , the control group were treated with traditional nursing;the observation group were given nursing home care , was a comparative analysis of the two groups of children with asthma attack .Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group ( P<0.05 ) , the difference between the two groups had statistical significance . Conclusion Home care can effectively improve the condition of children with asthma , shorten the length of stay in hospital , and can be popularized in clinical practice . |
