影响患者临床尿常规检验结果的因素分析

目的分析影响患者临床尿常规检验结果的因素。方法选取中山市西区医院2014年—2015年收治的进行尿常规检验的患者120例作为研究对象,按照患者采集尿液标本的先后顺序,将120例患者分为两组,实验组和对照组各有60例患者。对照组采用传统手工检验尿液的试验方法。实验组患者采用化学分析仪器进行检验。结合两组患者的临床资料,对影响尿常规检验结果的影响因素进行分析。结果经过研究发现,实验组患者与对照组患者在白细胞、蛋白质、红细胞等指标水平上无差异,P0.05表示无统计学意义。结合两组患者的临床基本资料发现,采集尿液的操作方法、运输以及保管整个检验过程是影响尿常规检验结果的主要影响因素。结论临床在为患者进行常规检查的时候,从患者准备工作,到尿液标本采集操作和检验操作以及运输等都要进行严格的把关。检验的整个流程会对尿常规结果产生不同程度的影响,需要引起临床医生的注意,加强对检测过程的监管,提高尿常规检验结果的准确性,为临床诊断提供更加可靠的依据。

The Factors Influencing Patients Clinical Routine Urine Test Results Analysis

Objective To analyze the factors influencing patients clinical routine urine test results . Methods Select our hospital in 2014 to 2015 were analyzed for routine urine test of 120 cases of patients with as the research object , according to the patients in the order of urine samples of 120 patients were divided into two groups , experimental group and control group .The experimental group with 60 cases patients , the control group with 60 cases patients.The control group with traditional manual testing urine test method.The experimental group were treated by chemical analysis test instrument .Combined with the clinical data of two groups of patients , the influence factors of affecting the routine urine test results were analyzed.Results Through the study found that patients with patients and controls in the white blood cells, protein, red blood cells, such as index level no difference , P>0.05 said statistically insignificant.Combination of two groups of patients with clinical basic information , found that urine collection operation , transportation and keeping the whole test process is the main influence factors of affect the routine urine test results ..Conclusion Clinical regular checks on patients , from a patient 's preparatory work , the urine specimen collection and inspection operation and transportation will be made strictly guard a pass.The whole process of inspection will have varying degrees of impact , with the result of urine routine need to attract the attention of clinicians , strengthen the supervision of testing process , improve the accuracy of routine urine test results , provide more reliable basis for clinical diagnosis .
