| 摘 要： | ７８例正常妊娠妇女和４０例妊高征患者血清中铁、锌、铜、锰、硒、铬、钴和镍的含量与健康未孕妇女比较，正常妊娠妇女和妊高征患者均是铜和锰的含量升高，铁、锌、硒、铬、钴和镍含量降低；妊高征患者与正常妊娠妇女比较，则是铁、铜和锰的含量升高，锌、硒、铬、钴和镍的含量降低。

| Abstract: | By comparing contents of eight kinds of necessary trace elements (iron, zinc, copper,manganese,selenium, chromium, cobalt, nickel) in serum of 78 normal pregnancy women and 40 sufferers from pregnancy induced hypertension with normal value of healthy nonpregnancy women, the following results are obtained:(1)contents of iron, zinc, chromium,selenium, cobalt, nickel in normal pregnancy women and sufferers from pregnancy induced hypertension go down and contents of copper, manganese go up; (2) contents of iron, copper,manganese in normal pregnancy women are lower and of zinc, selenium, chromium, cobalt,nickel are higher than that of sufferers from pregnancy induced hypertension. |
