中药化橘红元素煎出率的初步研究

摘    要:利用原子吸收光谱法测定了中药化州橘红原生药及水煎液中元素的分布及含量,研究了各元素的煎出特征,计算了煎出率,说明仅从原药中元素种类和含量推测各元素与中药的药效关系是不合适的,必须考虑元素的可利用量及在相应剂型中的存在状态。

Abstract:The distribution and content of elements in the raw material and the water leaching solution of Exocarpium Citri Grandis were determined by AAS.The leached character and ratio of each element were studied. So it was explained that it's not suitable to infer the relationship between each element and its effect in Chinese herbal medicine only by the means of the kind and content of trace elements in the raw material.
