微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中的砷

摘    要:微波消解,采用硝酸镍氯化钯作为基体改进剂石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中的砷。结果表明,与现行国标中的测砷的方法比较没有显著性差别。具有快速、简便、准确的特点,而且灵敏度高,能满足食品中砷的卫生标准要求。

Abstract:AAS analytical method for As with NiNO3-BdCl2 as matrix modifier after microwave digestion was studied.The result showed that the method had no distinct difference with national standard method for As,not only with high sensibility for the requirement of sanitation standard of As moniter,but also with rapid,easy and accurate characters.This method was satistactory for health satandard.
