火焰原子吸收光谱法测定人发中镁时工作条件对干扰影响的研究

摘    要:研究了用HNO3-HClO4湿法消化样品,火焰原子吸收法测定人发中镁时工作条件对干扰的影响,在测量高度为12mm,乙炔流量为1.0L/min时,可以不加释放剂而直接测定镁。标准加入回收率为96% ̄105%,相对标准偏差为3.0%。

Abstract:The effect of werking conditions on interference has been studied during the deterthena-tion of Mg in human hair by atoAnc absorption spectrometry. The samples are digested with HNO3-HClO4. When Burner height is 12 mm and the nowrate of C2H2 is 1. 0L/min, Mg can be deterndned directly without any releaser. The recovery ratio is 96%~105%, the relative standard derivation is 3. 0%.
