摘    要:采用LiBO2熔样,X射线荧光光谱仪测定了高岭土的化学组成,结果表明,测定值与化学法及推荐值相符,重复测定高岭土主、次量组分的相对标准偏差小于0.83%,方法简便快捷,分析时间仅为传统湿法化学分析的1/8,应用于高岭土的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:It is reported the lithium metaborate fusion method decompose technique is used in the X - ray fluorescence spectrometry method for determination of major and minor elements of catalytic stocks from Kaolin clay. The results provided by this method are in agreement with certified values and with those provided by classical chemical methods. The precision of the method is RSD 〈 0. 83% for major and minor components. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. The time consumed per sample is only 1/8 of that by classical chemical methods. It is used in the determination of Kaolin clay with the result is satisfactory.
