碳钢低压冷喷涂铝涂层的海水耐蚀性

摘    要:本文以Al和10%体积比Al2O3的混合粉末为原料,使用便携式低压冷喷涂设备,在Q235碳钢基体上喷涂了Al涂层. 测试涂层自腐蚀电位及动电位极化曲线,结合扫描电镜观察涂层表面及截面微观形貌,研究了低压冷喷涂Al涂层在海水中电化学腐蚀行为,并与高压冷喷涂和热喷涂铝涂层的耐蚀性比较. 结果表明,低压冷喷涂铝涂层结构较为致密,其耐蚀性比高压冷喷涂铝涂层的略低,而明显优于热喷涂铝涂层.

Abstract:Taking aluminium (Al) powder mixed with 10% (by volume) of Al2O3 powder as raw materials, the Al coating was prepared on the Q235 carbon steel substrate using a portable low pressure cold spraying equipment. Through the measurements of the corrosion potential and potentiodynamic polarization, the electrochemical corrosion behavior of the low pressure cold sprayed Al coating in seawater was studied in comparison with those of the Al coatings deposited with high pressure cold spray and thermal spray processes. At the same time, the surface and cross-section morphologies of these coatings were observed with scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the low-pressure cold spraying Al coating, which is compact, is lower than that of the high pressure cold sprayed Al coating, while much higher than that of the thermally sprayed Al coating.
