| Abstract: | Conditions for the biosynthesis of PGE3 from eicosa-5,8,11,14,17-pentaenoic acid using an enzyme system isolated from ram seminal vesicles have been worked out. Tritium-labeled PGE3 has been obtained in good yield with a molar radioactivity sufficient for performing many biological investigations.Institute of Molecular Genetics, Academy of Sciences of the USSR, Moscow.
