| Abstract: | A method for determining with a relative uncertainty of less than 3% the total content of polysaccharides in Plantago major leaves that were converted to galacturonic acid was developed using the Dreywood method. The polysaccharide content in Plantago major leaves determined by the developed method was 1.44–1.52%.
