| Abstract: | A new metabolite xyloketal H (1), was isolated from mangrove fungus Xylaria sp. (No.2508) obtained from the South China Sea. By spectroscopic analyses, primarily 2D NMR methods and X-ray diffraction
experiments, its structure was elucidated.
