摘    要:建立了大气颗粒物中的12种二噁英类多氯联苯的气相色谱/离子阱串联质谱检测方法。优化后的方法定性定量准确度达到最优,12种多氯联苯的方法检出限为0.20~2.00ng/mL,标准曲线相关系数(R2)为0.9901~0.9992,加标回收率为69%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.17%~7.94%(n=6)。对4份兰州实际大气样品的检测结果表明,建立的方法灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强,适用于目标化合物含量低、基质背景干扰严重的大气样品分析。


Gas Chromatography-Ion Trap Tandem Mass Spectrometry for the Determination of 12 Kinds of Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Atmospheric Particulate Matter
Abstract:The method for determination of 12 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the atmospheric particle was established by gas chromatography/ion trap tandem mass spectrometry.The optimized method achieved the optimal qualitative and quantitative accuracy.The detection limits of the method for 12 kinds of PCBs were 0.20-2.00 ng/mL,linear correlation coefficients were 0.9901 0.9992,the average recoveries were 69 %-120 %,relative standard deviations were 0.17 %-7.94 % (n =6).The detection results of 4 Lanzhou atmospheric samples show that the method has the advantages of high sensitivity,strong anti-interference ability,and is suitable for the analysis of PCBs in atmospheric samples with low content of the target compound and high background interference.
