Research Progress in Solid Phase Microextraction |

| Abstract: | The research and application of solid phase microextraction (SPME) in recent years are reviewed. The SPME apparatus, extraction modes, quantitative theory and the application in the analysis of environmental, clinical and forensic samples are introduced. The hyphenation technique with HPLC, CE or ASE, the exploration of new coating materials, the combination with derivative methods, the development of apparatus and the study of extraction mechanism and theory are summarized. 145 references are cited. |
