摘    要:采用原子荧光光谱法对沈阳地区健康人头发、全血及尿液中的硒进行测定,并考察了不同年龄健康人体内硒含量是否存在显著性差异。方法线性关系良好,回归方程为y=102.17x 52.281,r=0.9996,检出限为0.62 ng/mL;仪器精密度为1.5%,方法精密度为2.9%~9.0%,加标回收率为86.0%~120.0%。不同年龄健康人头发、全血及尿液中硒含量有显著性差异(P<0.01)。

Abstract:Se contents in hair,whole blood and urine from healthy people in Shenyang city have been determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the content differences among the people at different ages have also been studied.The linear response was given by the equation y=102.17x 52.281(r=0.9996).The detection limit of Se was 0.62 ng/mL,the relative standard deviation(RSD) of this method was in the range 2.9~9.0% and the recoveries were in the range 86.0~120.0%.The results showed that there were obvious differences in Se contents from people at different ages(P<0.01).
