摘    要:本文合成了蓝色三角形银纳米片(TAg-NPs)。利用S2-能改变TAg-NPs的颜色、形状,且吸光度随S2-浓度增加逐渐降低的特性,建立了一种快速、简便测定S2-的紫外-可见分光光度法。考察了pH、反应时间及温度等因素对吸光度的影响。研究发现,在pH值为2.56,反应时间为5min,反应温度为100℃条件下,测定S2-的线性范围为0.024~0.48mg/L,检出限为0.01mg/L。将该方法应用于水样中S2-的检测,获得结果较好。

Abstract:Blue triangular silver nanoplates(TAg-NPs) were synthesized by the reference method in this work.Sulfur ion(S2-)is able to change the color,shape and the absorbance of TAg-NPs.A simple and fast assay for S2 determination was thus developed.The influences of some experimental factors,including pH value,reaction time and temperature on the absorbance were studied.A good linear relationship between the change of absorption and the concentration of S2-was obtained in the concentration range of 0.024-0.48 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.01 mg/L.According to these phenomena,a new type of ultraviolet-vis spectrophotometry method for S2-detection was successfully established.
