摘    要:本文利用荧光标记代替传统的同位素标记,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)研究了端粒酶抑制剂BMVC浓度依赖的酶切抑制作用,得到了和聚丙烯酰胺(PAGE)凝胶电泳一致的结果.说明了该方法的可行性,也为高通量筛选提供了可能性.
