摘    要:研究了氯霉素与茜素红之间的络合反应,确定了最佳反应条件,建立了一种快速、简便测定氯霉素含量的可见分光光度法。研究表明,在pH=11.41的B-R介质中,氯霉素与茜素红在室温条件下即可形成1∶1型络合物,该络合物的λmax=474 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.19×104L/(mol.cm)。氯霉素的浓度在2.0×10-7~3.0×10-5mol/L范围内服从比耳定律,相关系数r为0.9985。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.86%(n=10),回收率为99.4%~101.2%。

Abstract:The complex reaction of chloramphenicol(CHP) and alizarin red(ALZR) was investigated by spectrophotometry.The optimum experimental conditions were established,and a simple and rapid method for the determination of chloramphenicol has been developed.Results showed that the ratio of chloramphenicol and alizarin red in the composition of complex was 1∶1 in Britton-Robinson(B-R)-ethanol solution at room temperature.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 1.19×104 L/(mol·cm)at 474 nm.The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 2.0×10-7~3.0×10-5 mol/L for chloramphenicol with a correlation coefficient of 0.9985.The relative standard deviation was 0.86%(n=10),and the recovery was 99.4%~101.2%.
