| 摘 要： | 报道了用镉试剂２Ｂ改性的硅胶来富集水体中的痕量镉的各种条件。结果表明，在ＰＨ＝６的条件下，Ｃｄ＾２＋能被Ｃａｄｉｏｎ２Ｂ－ＳＧ定量吸附，其净吸队坦为７．９μｍｏｌ．ｇ＾－１，吸附的Ｃｄ＾２＋可被０．１ｍｏｌ．Ｌ＾－１的ＨＣｌ洗脱。

| Abstract: | Nitronaphthalenedizoaminoazobenzene(Cadion 2B)on silica gel is used for rapid enrichment of gL-1 level of Cadmium()from aqueous solution,followed by spectrophotometric detemination. Cadmium()was quantitatively retained on the Cadion 2BSG from solution at pH=6 after shaking over 30 minutes.The net absorption capacity of the Cadion 2B on SG is 7.9mol Cd2+g-1.Cadmium retained on the Cadion 2BSG column was completely eluted with 10 mL solution of 0.1 molL-1HCl. Based on these, a spectrophotometric method for determination of cadmium in water is developed. The Cadmium concentration in water is shown to be gL-1 level. |
