摘    要:总结了硫化物半导体纳米微粒的各种合成途径,并就水热技术及在此基础上发展起来的溶剂热合成技术在一系列硫化物纳米微粒的制备与尺寸、形状控制中的应用进行了阐述。

Abstract:A varity of synthetic methods of metal sulfide particles are reviewed in this paper. Some research work via hydrothermal and solventothermal route was summarized, which concerns the synthesis of metal sulfide nanoparticles and controll of particle size, size distribution as well as morphology.
