硅微粉结合SiC窑具氧化动力学

摘    要:The SiC sagger bonded with silica fume can react with oxygen at high temperatue which results in a descent of SiC content and shortens the life of the sagger. The oxidization rats is greater at higher temperature. The addition of MnO2 mineralizer makes the binding layer more stable, denser and more homogeneous, which obstructs the diffusion of O2 and lowers the rate of oxidization. The kinetic equations for oxidation of SiC sagger with mineralizer are G(1100℃)=1.67×10-4τ0.72, G(1300℃)=4.22×10-4τ0.98 and those without mineralizer are G(1100℃)=9.88×10-4 τ0.48, G(1300℃)=1.72×10-3 τ0.70 and those without mineralizer are G(1100℃)=1.67×10-4 τ0.72, G(1300℃)=4.22×10-4 τ0.98.
