MCM-41负载S2O82-/TiO2固体超强酸的制备和酯化性能研究

摘    要:采用液相沉积法制备了由MCM-41介孔分子筛负载S2O82-/TiO2的固体超强酸催化剂。探讨了成酸机理,并以乙酸和异戊醇的酯化反应作为探针反应考察了焙烧温度、浸渍溶液浓度等制备条件对催化剂催化活性的影响,得到了较佳的制备条件。XRD、N2吸附-脱附和FTIR结果表明,固体超强酸保持了MCM-41的介孔结构,BET表面积高达211 m2·g-1,且具有强酸性(Ho<-12.70)。
