Abstract:The photosensitive and SHG active charge transfer slat has been synthesized based on tungstophosphoric acid and N-methylpyrrolidone and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum as well as TG-DTA. Photochromism studies show that the electron transfer takes place from the organic molecules to the polymetallic anions. Nonlinear optical properties measurements indicate that the title compound exhabits the second and third order nonlinear optical activities.
