摘    要:本文制备了载钯磷酸锆,作为由丙酮和氢气一步法合成甲基异丁基甲酮(MIBK)的催化剂.考察了制备时的pH对催化剂比表面积、酸度、酸强度以及催化性能的影响.

Abstract:In this paper, the preparation of palladium-zirconium phosphate catalyst which is effective for one-step synthesis of methylisobutyl ketone from acetone and hydrogen was described. The effects of the PH value in the catalyst preparation on the suface area and the activity of the catalyst were investigated. It was observed that the specific surface areas of Pd-ZrP were all above 200m2 / g in the pH range 4.5-5.5, but deercased over pH 5.5. The conversion of acetone decrcased with an increase of the pH value and could be explained in terms of the decrcase in the surface area of the catalyst. The selectivity of MIBK had a maximum in the pH range 4.5-6.0,which was probably due to the effects of both surface area and acidity of the catalyst. The typical propertics of the Pd-ZrP prepared in pH 5.0 were P / Zr ratio 1 .0, Pd content 0.45%, Pd particle size 20.3A, and the specific surface area 205m2/ g. In the durability of 2000 hours, this catalyst had much higher selectivity for MIBK and space time yield than the present plant product.
