蒸汽相法硼硅MFI沸石的合成与表征

摘    要:在三乙胺(Et3N)-乙二胺(EDA)-H2O蒸汽相中,无定形凝胶Na2O-B2O2-SiO2-H2O晶化生成硼硅MFI(ZSM—5)沸石.研究了硼硅MFI沸石的适宜晶化条件,以及氯化钠、碳酸钠和磷酸钠取代氢氧化钠作为钠源的影响.晶体结构参数、11BNMR、FT-IR的结果表明,由蒸汽相法合成的硼硅MFI沸石,其硼原子进入了沸石骨架.

Abstract:morphous gel-Na2O-B2O3-SiO2-H2O grows into zeolite B-Si MFI in vapour-tricthylaminc (Et3N)-ethyldiamine (EDA)-H2O. They are studied suitable crystalline conditions for B-Si MFI and the influence of which NaCl, Na2CO3, and Na3PO4 replace NaOH as sodium source. The results of crystalline structure parameter, 11B NMR, and FT-IR illustrate that boron atoms of B-Si MFI zeolite from the vapour phase method are inside of zeolitic framework.
