二苄基锡苯磺酸酯的合成、晶体结构和催化性能

摘    要:以双三苄基氧化锡((PhCH2)3Sn]2O)和苯磺酸(PhSO3H)为原料合成了新的二苄基锡苯磺酸酯(PhCH2)2Sn(OS(O)2Ph)2(H2O)2,并采用红外光谱、元素分析和X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了分析。该化合物的晶体结构属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数a=1.458 71(8)nm,b=1.178 21(8)nm,c=0.758 18(4)nm,β=92.393(2)°,V=1.301 92(13)nm-3,Z=2;化合物中所有的锡原子均为略微畸变的八面体构型。当(PhCH2)2Sn(OS(O)2Ph)2(H2O)2催化碳酸二甲酯与苯酚酯交换合成碳酸二苯酯时,碳酸二甲酯的转化率可达55.8%,酯交换选择性接近100%。

Abstract:A new dibenzyltin phenylsulfonate,(PhCH 2) 2 Sn(OS(O) 2 Ph) 2(H 2 O) 2,has been synthesized by the reaction of (PhCH 2) 3 Sn] 2 O with PhSO 3 H,and characterized by infrared spectrum,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis.The complex belongs to monoclinic,space group P2 1 /c with a=1.458 71(8) nm,b=1.178 21(8) nm,c=0.758 18(4) nm,β=92.393(2)°,V=1.301 92(13) nm-3,Z=2.In the complex,each tin atom is six-coordinated with a slightly distorted octahedral geometry.When(PhCH 2) 2 Sn(OS(O) 2 Ph) 2(H 2 O) 2 catalyzed the transesterification of dimethyl carbonate and phenol to synthesize diphenyl carbonate,the conversion of dimethyl carbonate was up to 55.8% with a close 100% transesterification selectivity.
