盐湖卤水萃取提锂及其机理研究

摘    要:本文以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为萃取剂,煤油为稀释剂,在FeCl3存在的条件下,选择性萃取盐湖卤水中的锂。系统研究了相比、萃取剂组成、铁锂比等对锂萃取率的影响,及洗涤、反萃取工艺条件。得到最佳工艺条件为:萃取相比VO/VA为1.5,TBP质量分数为75%,cFe3+/cLi+=2,cH+=0.02 mol·L-1,萃取时间为20 min;洗涤相比VO/VA为15;反萃取相比VO/VA为20。并运用红外与核磁方法分析研究,表明是TBP上的P=O双键与LiFeCl4金属配合物的配位水分子产生氢键作用而使金属配合物与TBP结合。

Abstract:The paper presents extraction of lithium from salt lake brine by tributyl phosphate(TBP)- kerosene- FeCl3 extraction system. Extraction, washing and back extraction stages were studied systematically. The best conditions were determined by studying the single factors of extraction VO/VA ratio, extractant composition, molar ratio of Fe3+ to Li+ and so on, and the results were: extraction VO/VA is 1.5, TBP% is 75%, cFe3+/cLi+ is 2, cH+ is 0.02 mol·L-1, extraction time is 20 min; washing VO/VA is 15; back extraction VO/VA is 20. The interaction of lithium complex with TBP was investigated by IR and NMR. The results showed that the complex and TBP were associated by hydrogen bond.
