摘    要:超细铜粉、银粉由于其自身特性已被人们广泛应用于导电胶犤1,2犦、导电涂料、电极材料及抗菌材料犤3,4犦的制备等。但是铜粉、银粉都有一定的缺点,例如:超细铜粉很容易氧化,容易产生电迁移现象。超细银粉的成本又很高。如果将铜银结合起来制成铜银双金属粉,则在很大的程度上克服了铜粉的缺点犤5犦,又降低了银粉的成本。而双金属粉末还可以改变单一金属粉末的结构和性能,因此会表现出一些新的性能。如抗菌性,Cu-Ag粉既具有Cu的抗真菌性,又有Ag的抗细菌性等,具有广泛的应用前景。超细铜粉和超细银粉的制备已有许多相关的报…

Abstract:This article is mainly about the preparation of ultrafine copper-silver bimetallic powders with Direct -Reduction at the existence of macromolecule dispersant in this article. It also discussed the factors of controlling granularity which include reaction temperature, concentration of reactant, reaction time, dosage of reducing agent and macromolecule dispersant and so on. In addition, it studied the properties of ultrafine copper-silver bimetallic powders including the antioxidation, antibacterium and conductive properties. It has got satisfying results.
