| 摘 要： | A simple method for the synthesis of 3-aryl-1,5-bis(2-hydroxyaryl)pentane-1,5-diones is developed by one-potreaction involving 2-hydroxyacetophenone and arylaldehyde in aqueous potassium hydroxide.
